I recently had the pleasure of working with Ella on the sale of my home and the purchase of my next home. Ella was a great professional to work with. She is very active, puts in the time needed to secure showings, accommodate open houses and had a lot to offer in terms of the things needed to bring my home up to a sellable standard, she is also connected with other service providers like home stagers. In terms of buying my next home, I found Ella to be very responsive with any listings i wanted to see, at one point I sent Ella 10 listings that I was interested in, she booked all ten for us to see in one day!!!!. We spent 7 hours on a saturday going from house to house till i finally made my decision, from that perspective, it was very efficient as there was no time wasted. I don't know of any other agent willing to spend that amount of time with their client!!! She didn't pressure me yet at the same time alerted me to potential properties that she knew would not last - either because of how nice and well priced they were or because of how many days they were on the market.
